• Payment to be made in advance at time of purchase of the class/ course.

• Products / services once purchased are not cancellable, and are non refundable.

• In case of Installments, payments need to be made on time as per the schedule made after registration of the course.

• Once purchased, no cancellation requests will be accepted, unless there is an exceptional circumstance which will be decided by Sir Gamma on a case to case basis.

• No exchange between classes / courses after purchase will be allowed.

• Sir Gamma does not have any recurring subscription charges which a customer has to pay.

• Sir Gamma does not store any of your payment information (debit card, credit card, net banking etc.) or such other information restricted by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) for processing payment and has partnered with payment gateways for the payment towards services.

• In case of any other payment, refund or cancellation issues, decisions will be taken on a case to case basis and Sir Gamma’s decision will be final and binding.
